SHIPPING POLICY

Famree offers free shipping within the United States and Germany, (includes orders that use discounts and promotions), we can't ship to the countries other than US and Germany currently.

We promise to ship the orders within 48 hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing & handling. In most instances, all orders are usually shipped same-day. We ship via UPS and USPS. Packages generally arrive within 3~7 business days, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.

 

HANDLING TIME

We strive to get all orders received shipped out the same day. We do have a processing time of within 48 hours on all orders. If you have not received an email in regards to your order, your order is being processed and will ship out as soon as possible. However, most orders are shipped out within 24 hours. Orders not shipped same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. We ship weekdays, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on any holidays. Orders received Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday. 

Once your order has been processed & shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number enclosed. You can track your package by going to www.DHL.com or www.USPS.com or Fedex.com and entering the tracking number you were provided with, to see your expected arrival date. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updated information.
